The staff was very helpful. the location is magnificent, close to the ski lifts. the room was spotless and beautiful, equipped with a refrigerator, electric kettle, and individual safe. the view from the room was pleasant. the breakfast options were sensational, including freshly cooked eggs and baked goods. the hotel is just a short distance from the center of the village, as well as the main gondola. no complaints at all.

We had an amazing stay at Il Cuore Del Cervino! the location is perfect, right in the center of town and close to the ski lifts and supermarket. the rooms are clean and have a charming local feel. Marta, our host, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provided us with valuable local tips and recommendations. the breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options. Marta even provided weather and terrain condition updates during breakfast.
